Summarize your bug I'm missing an Eastern Duo Battle point after reaching 150 points in the East, and now it's preventing me from playing the Durant challenge or any other player on East
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? try to play the game or ask other players
What happens when the bug occurs? game says that i don't have available Eastern Duo Battle points when i just finished the 150 points in the East
What do you expect to see? replacement for the Eastern Duo Battle poin

Recently on 9/26/19 and 9/27/19 I was playing the SuperDuos event. I have acquired most of the players needed to achieve the top prize of Harden and Westbrook. On 9/26 I played the Eastern battle event to win Middleton. I never received him after I completed this event. I worked hard to gain another battle point to try again. During my next attempt on 9/27 the game restarted and an error came up saying COULD NOT CONNECT TO SERVER. Upon returning to the game I had lost my newly acquired battle point and my attempt to win Middleton. So twice in 2 consecutive days I was cheated out of winning a top prize. This is not the 1st time events like this has happened to me. I would like the 2 Eastern battle points for the SuperDuos campaign credited to my account. This is a completely fair request as I rightfully earned them and never received what I earned. Thanks for any and all help.

Still did not get the western duo point nor the player i was going for (kristaps porzingis ). We are now less than 40h till the event ends. I would really love to get back my stuff since im really close to get the players i want and that just might be out short because of this problem. Hope you guys get the compensation to me.

@1714753  Do what I did and contact the better business bureau. Not sure about you, but they took my money and failed to give me what it is I paid for. Online fraud.

I have contacted EA customer support about my issue several times this week. They referred me to the forums for help. I have as already posted my issue on here with no reply or resolution. I have lost 2 Eastern battle points in the SuperDuo campaign. Both while attempting to earn 99 OVR Middleton. Once during a crash and the other just not being awarded to me. Since the 2 battle points probably won't be returned to me in time to finish the campaign, can I be awarded both the 99 OVR Middleton and 99 OVR Westbrook. Seeing as how I have over 1250 Eastern and 1250 Western points which is what it takes to earn the 99 OVR Harden and the 99 OVR Westbrook. I also have 1,000,000 duo points for all of the duo tokens to upgrade all players to their max. I just need to have what is rightfully earned from this game. 

Well, as i see i will not get what is mine at the end of the promo, and thats really unfortune because i could have gotten 110 rockets duo, but no. A crash just crashed the party. Really a shame. I grinded as much as possible and this is the answer EA give me. Thats really sad. But i still hope that till the end of the promo sets ends i get 99 harden that i deserved @
