Hey, NBA Live Mobile fans.
Replacement tokens were sent out to accounts that were deemed affected. If you feel your account was affected by crashes outside of your control (non-device related) please contact our Live-Support so they can look into this request for you.
Click here to contact Live-Support @EA_BlueberryStill did not get it!! What info do i need to give you soo that i can get the compensation? I have my game accont connected to Google play, Facebook and device. Please answer as soon as possible.
My ingame name is MiguelPereir17
Thank you
What qualifies as "deemed affected "? Seems like if we lost something/didn't receive something due to "ANY" reason in the game, we should get the item(s) we earned. Especially if we have supporting documentation/screenshots showing valid reasons. This to me would be customer service/support. NOT this so called "deemed affected" idea floating around. Who determines if an account was affected?
Thanks @EA_Blueberry . I've sent 6 messages directly to EA since the 24th. They replied, asked for information, I sent that information and then they went dark, nothing. I sent follow up information every day since the 26th and still no reply or action on what they themselves said they would do. In fact, they just closed my case. You can see my correspondence attached from the 26th, although I made my first contact on the 24th. Personal details have been redacted. Just not good enough. I will not continue playing if this doesn't get done. My patience it almost past it's limit. I shouldn't need to dance through hoops over and over to get silence. I know that you're trying to manage matters in a positive light, but every single person here should have been followed up directly from customer service via email since they are trying to get answers. It is obvious that is a smart step in the listening process for customer service, to hear the people reaching out to you ... and follow up.
- @JFD24 Did you see my attachments?
@SmoothNo15 For sure. It’s not even that complicated though. As @Millertime101781 says, we should all have this fixed no matter what. If one hands over money in the form of a transaction for goods and services and the money is taken, but the goods and services aren’t given, it’s fraud. Simple as that.
I was just contacted this morning (finally) to provide answers to all of their questions, over a week after I brought this to EA’s attention. Forget the money and the token, all the time invested in playing and now just trying to get what is rightfully ours is SOOOOO infuriating. And it’s bullsh*t to be honest.
- @JFD24 Agreed. I said to them already that people here communicating with them are making legitimate queries, or else they wouldn't bother being here. They should by-default be bundled up and addressed, not sent through loops while EA figures out what to do. They just need to be decisive, either that they care for their players/clients or that they don't. Right now, I am at my limit and cannot understand the silence from EA. It is not ok and it is unprofessional.
- @EA_Blueberry Did that back on the 24th, got a solution but then EA went dark and haven't applied it. Very unprofessional.
@EA_Blueberry Attached is a message sent to customer support in attempt to address an issue with the SuperDuo campaign that just recently ended. NUMEROUS people had several issues with this campaign. Mostly game crashes and not receiving prizes after winning/game crashing. The responses I have gotten in the past are the usual protocol of sorry for the frustration, post your issue on the help forums, we wish we could help but it's the developers not customer service, and this last one was a total joke. I was finally compensated something. I received the 99 OVR MIDDLETON that I rightfully earned roughly a week ago, I actually did enough to earn the 99 OVR Middleton and 99 OVR Westbrook. I already have the 99 OVR Harden, along with all duo upgrade tokens needed, so I would have definitely been able to win the 110 OVR Harden and Westbrook duo. My compensation came 3 hours AFTER the event ended. Giving me 0% chance to win the 110 OVR duo. To me this is worse than not receiving anything at all. We already know EA is lacking in Customer Support, but now they are laughing in our faces. It's like they waited until after the event to compensate to say, awwwww.....look how close you got, too bad. Then after receiving the compensation they send me a bs message saying that they sent my player and this resolves my issue and closed my case. This is beyond unacceptable. After spending countless hours and real money to earn something and have someone treat a customer like this. This is NOT what customer service is about. What large companies, and even small ones, fail to realize is that without us (the paying customers) they DON'T HAVE A JOB! I am kindly asking someone who actually cares, to look into my case and my evidence and do what's right. Credit my account the 99 OVR WESTBROOK so I can complete my SuperDuo set that I have rightfully paid for and earned. At first I just wanted my 2 battle points that I had lost due to game crashes and malfunctions. Seeing as how that campaign is over, those would do me no good. As stated earlier, I had already earned EVERYTHING else to complete this set and would have except for these 2 issues happening. Thanks.
