Hi @smillan24,
Ok, that's great that your progress is backed up by being linked to Facebook. For now, let's try these steps:
- Check for app updates and install any that are available.
- Restart your device.
Do you have your User ID noted down?

thanks for all the answers and guidance provided to all the previous messages.I have the same problem of logging in my NBALIVE mobile account.
All my content is backed up to Facebook and I do have my user ID.
Should put here ? Or send it privately ?

Thanks for confirming your content is backed up and your ID is ready to go if needed 😄 For now, hold onto it. The login error may be just a syncing or caching issue, and so I'm hoping that these steps can help fix it. Could you give the steps for your platform a go and let me know how you get on, please?

thanks for your help. I’ve been able to log in from Facebook without even doing the troubleshooting methods.
However I am still not able to log in using Game Center, despite it’s linked to my account after verification once I logged in.
Anyway thanks for your support.
Another issue is the PVP is stuck on waiting for match for months now and I still couldn’t find any solution. But since I can at least enjoy the other features I don’t wonder. But any recommendation or help is welcome!
Thanks again @8mn5bp96ijhh how were you able to login through Facebook? That has been my problem and nothing has worked

Folks, I've popped in a report on this and will keep you posted in this thread if I've any updates or info to share. 🙂
@EA_Lanna I appreciate that but I’ve already opened multiple cases and had multiple EA advisors say they submitted a report. Nothing has come back yet.

@smillan24 I hear you. The login error has to be frustrating and opening up multiple cases to flag can't be fun. Just for again, to save you your time and your sanity, opening up one support case should do the trick.😅 Popping a comment in a thread on Answers HQ too for good measure can't hurt either. In terms of myself, I want you to know that I've personally reported the error, shared this thread and am actively following it up. I can't make promises, as much as I'd like to, but I can be here and I can pass on what updates I have to share. In the meantime, thanks for being so understanding and respectful in your responses despite the frustrating circumstances.
@8mn5bp96ijhh Interesting! You're able to get in with the Facebook login but not with the Game Center login??... that's good to know! Since the update, have you had any issues logging in with the Facebook link, or has it only been happening on the Game Center side of it for you? On the PvP front, it looks like @EA_Solaire asked for information here. Aside from I wouldn't be too familiar with the PvP side of things and we'd be best keeping the thread focused on one topic. Let's keep this convo on the Login Failed error.

@22040891 Thanks for joining the conversation! Can I ask, would you also have linked the same NBA live mobile account to Facebook too, in addition to backing it up with the Game Center? If you did, could you check and see if using the Facebook login lets you sign into your account?

@EA_Lanna I really appreciate your efforts. I saw a message on this site that stated a problem with NBA Live Mobile. I only hope they will get to it before this promo goes on for too long.
@EA_Lanna Any update on the progress? I understand it’s a process but it has been all day and I would really hate to miss another day of this promo.

Unfortunately, not yet! I'm hoping we'll have some good news to share with you today and have been keeping an eye out on this but as of yet, I haven't received any new information. As soon as I or any of my colleagues have news to share, we'll pass it on right away.
