3 devices on one ip(NFS Heat)

Me and my roommates are trying to each play NFS Heat on one ip address, we can get into a party fine but whenever we try and start a game one of us ends up getting disconnected no matter what. Two of us can play no problem. Has anyone else ever ran into this problem. The Ai support is useless and no getting to a real person
