Audio broken, looks like a slow emulator (android)

I just bought MW on the play store, but the sound has some problem that makes it jerk/stutter/look exactly like a slow emulator, making the game unpleasureful on any audio setting and making me have to mute the game, I googled it and at least 3 other people had this problem on some other forum, I can probably get a record of it if I find an app that allows this, but not at the moment




UPDATE: this is an issue on a BIG number of android devices running KitKat (4.4 - 4.4.2), it'll be fixed on the next update, and there is nothing EA could do other than switching to mp3 audio files (correct me if I am wrong, but MW uses FLAC, which is broken at the moment) and that's highly unlikely

update: looking the game's data there are some mp3 files, which work fine on any player, BUT they stutter in game, it seems to be something inside the game itself


known fixes that may or may not work are:

Changing CPU governor to on demand on a custom kernel
Downloading and flashing latest cyanogenmod
Activating DAC direct on a custom sound engine

100% working fix:

downgrading to android 4.3 and 4.3-


I hope this gets stickied, it may only happen on a select number of users, but it does happen
