I can't seem to find the very last billboard. Before someone suggests looking at a map - I have done (I found a couple of other ones I was missing using it). Unfortunately, my map shows I have all 156 billboards, but says I only have 155.
Is this a bug? I've searched for others with a similar issue but haven't had much luck.

Your not the only one. I currently have 155 of the 156 billboards. The map only shows 155. I can't find that last Billboard. Gates I'm at 131/135 I'll comment if that glitches too. I've seen quite a bit of forum posts about this but no resolvements from EA or DICE. I'm honestly disappointed. The fact they felt the need to put 156 billboards in the game is a little ridiculous. EA needs to work some stuff out. For the most part I have no idea how to do it either. I'm using a map from this website http://www.ps3trophies.org/game/need-for-speed-most-wanted-criterion/guide/
Thanks. It totally killed my will to play it any more unfortunately (I'm sure many people would say just play the game and have fun, but I play to complete and find everything 🙂). I have no desire to use a map to visit every single location to check just in case.
I can assure you that getting 100% is possible (those **bleep** fences were hard to find). Too bad you only get 39750 SP total for all this trouble.
