BSOD while playing, now stuck in a boot loop, also cant access repair menu

just build my first pc: rtx2080, i7-9700K, gygabyte aorus ultra, 4x8gb ram PC and i got BSOD when playing nfs heat...what a * experience

now my pc is stuck in a boot loop without any chance of getting into repair menu even with the w10 bootable USB stick.

is my cpu fried or any way to fix this? ☹️ the most i can do is get into bios
