Bug when connecting to EA Games server

Hello,

When I launch the game Need For Speed Heat and after clicking on "X" "CONTINUE", the game tries to connect to the EA games server and it keeps running in a loop and the game doesn't launch.

I tried the "Advanced connection troubleshooting" but nothing changes.

Some help please ?

    I ran Database Rebuild to clean up the PS5 data by reorganizing the storage.

    the problem is solved.

    Hello, @Falcooo_eye 

    I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

    Thanks for getting back to me. Try using alternate DNS settings with the steps here. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4. Let me know what happens.

  • @EA_Aljo I have the same problem but i got it of my ps4 and bought it on my ps4 too but it works for my brother account but not mine it just says “establishing connection “ and nothing happens
