"Can't scan this QR code" - Adding Authenticator for iPhone not working
I am trying to "Switch to App Authenticator" for Authentication purposes.
It fails with an error:
"Can't scan this QR code"
Troubleshooting steps already completed:
I have rebooted my phone and Restarted Google Authenticator
I tried choosing iPad, android and windows with the result being the same on all of them.
I was also able to try the add of the code on 2 other devices with the same results.
Whatever method EA is generating the QR code for iPhone is not working properly.
The problem is not on my side as I have tried diagnosing on 3 different Apple iPhones now with the same failed results.
This is not a game related issue. This is purely account related.
This is a backend problem and not an end user issue.
Both email and SMS codes work fine.

Can you verify that your PC's date/time are correct?
If so, try the following:
- Get to the page with the QR code
- When you see the qr-code, press f5 on your keyboard to reload the page,
- A new qr-code should appear,
- This one should work.
