I contacted with EA and they advised me:
1. Make sure you've downloaded the latest drivers for your card and the NVIDIA Control Panel.
2. Right-click any free area of your desktop and select “NVIDIA Control Panel.”
3. Under the "3D Settings" group on the left-hand side of the NVIDIA Control Panel, click “Manage 3D Settings.”
4. Open the Program Settings tab in the Manage 3D Settings menu and click the Add button.
5. Browse to the .exe of the game you'd like to make a profile for.
For example, with FIFA 15 you'd select "fifa.exe" within C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\ fifa 15\Game.
6. Click Add Selected Program, then find Power management mode in the drop down menu and set it to Prefer maximum performance.
After an hour of the game, I have not noticed any error and frozen car.
My graphics card is a GTX 770.
Sorry for my english.

I have tried that driver, along with 347.09, 347.25, 347.52, and just gave up at 347.88 which I have now. Ive gone back from the 150 and tried 4 other drivers, each time without using the Nvidia update, I manually uninstalled each driver, re started the PC then went to the Nvidia website, downloaded the driver, and did a fresh install and re boot once more, to rule out any issue with the Nvidia update process.
