Have your tried clean booting?
BTW : I will raise this ongoing issue when I get the chance 😕mileytongue:
If your referring to the MSCONFIG utility, yes I have most set to off by default, I like to choose what does and does not start. I have not done a full disable of software but I will try that now.
EDIT: Ok so I went into MSCONFIG and turned off everything (only non windows services ) and played for over an hour without a single crash. Now I just need to start a couple services at a time to figure out which was the culprit.

@steel_hawkeyedoes the issue still persist for you? If so plese attempt to clean boot,
To Clean Boot Your PC,
1) Press Win+R
2) Type 'msconfig.' in the prompt and hit enter
3) When Msconfig opens select 'General'
4) Choose Selective Startup option.
5) Uncheck 'Load startup items box'
6) Open the 'Services tab' then select 'Hide all Microsoft services' Option at the bottom of the tab
7) Press 'Disable All' Button
8) When prompted restart.@83835_bubbaI am glad the issue is now fixed, what sometimes happens is that two pieces of software conflict causing bugs, crashes and other issues.

I've been having problems a lot recently, and always at the same spots. Most of the world is fine, but certain places crash 50% of the times I pass through them. It doesn't matter if I'm a racer or a cop. It does matter, though, that the game is public. If it is private, the crashings never occur. I have tried moving the game folder, different drivers, but no result.
