Data vanished from cloud and local saves

Hello,  I have been playing NFS Heat since its release, and have about 121 hours on it. Suddenly, all my data has vanished from the local and cloud saves. all my hard work, memories, cars, just gone...

    Unfortunately, there's no way to recover lost progress through EA Support. You will need to start all over again.
