Try google "dxwebsetup" and run it. let me know if the problem still persist.

8 years ago- Right click an run the vcredist files from your game install location as an Administrator.
- Try a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135
- Also, for nvidia users, you can run your video driver setup and choose Advanced and then Clean Install.
- Please also be aware of the System Requirements for this game:
Minimum Requirements for 720p30 at low settings
OS: 64-bit Windows 7 or later
Processor: Intel Core i3-4130 or equivalent with 4 hardware threads
Memory: 6GB RAM
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB, AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB, or equivalent DX11 compatible GPU with 2GB of memory
Hard Drive: 30GB free space
Input: Keyboard and mouse, Xbox One controller

- 8 years agoI've spoken to an adviser and they said it was on the windows side of things, it is nothing to do with my system or the software
