NFS Heat stole my progress.

Question

The game kept crashing within 20min every time I try to night race and almost everytime with day racing so I uninstalled...and reinstalled Everything (yes, I checked before booting up) because I couldn't think of anything else...my storage % is low and other things to reduce crash likelihood and others have had success at stopping the crashes for a while with this... but when I got to the garage it told me I'm not on the deluxe edition (I Am...) and that my F1 black market wasn't installed (it IS) so I can't use the F1 and it reset my black market progress...it uninstalled and reinstalled the black market bit just to be sure...I can use the car now...but all my black market challenges are still reset and the parts have been revoked.&nbsp; [Edit - CM]&nbsp; I'm not going thru that BS every few weeks because I have to clean reinstall to avoid the game constantly crashing.&nbsp;
&nbsp;I have a platinum on the game a lots of dedicated hours so good for you, ya got me hooked for a while.&nbsp; but I think I'm done.&nbsp; Between the audio bug bricking the game...the crashing...and now this...**bleep** it.&nbsp; It's not worth it for a game the company probably wants to kill off anyway.&nbsp; Congrats EA.&nbsp; It'll probably be (another) 20 years before I pick up a game from you again. (Last was Underground 2.)

This is unfortunately a common issue in the last three NFS games, it happened to me with NFS Heat and NFS Payback. It’s difficult to pinpoint exactly why it occurs, but the reality is that there isn’t much that can be done to fix it. Your only option is to start from scratch, as EA Support does not have the ability to restore missing progress.

Yeah I know.&nbsp; That's why I'm probably done.&nbsp; EA kinda sucks...&nbsp; They're about 1 maybe 2 rungs above ubisoft and nintendo.&nbsp; Nintendo makes great games consistently sure, but they treat their fan base like garbage.&nbsp; Ubisoft treats fanbase poorly and is hit and miss on games.&nbsp; EA treats their fan base with a modicum of respect at least but they only make occasional good games anymore.&nbsp; I'm not gonna redo that tedious crap every few weeks just because their one decent game in the last 10 years can't run worth a **bleep** on the current gen console.&nbsp; That's BS.&nbsp; This is the only game I've had anywhere even in the same solar system of this level of crashing on since playing heavily modded skyrim on a clapped out sony vaio with Vista and I've NEVER had and uninstall and reinstall wipe progress...so you canNot tell me they can't fix it or make a game that doesn't have that issue.
