Download the game in a new device

Hello! I would like to ask, if you buy a new device and you want to download the game again, you will lose your progress and your in-app purchases? I have bought quite enough stuff and i don't want to lose them. Please help me!!

    Hello I buy new iPad, login in Game Center start game and automatic load my progress but on 45 level, and I just on 75? I already play on iPhone 6. Earlier on iPhone 6 when I play i see my nick name, and just on "player".

    I also have the same issue on Android, my nvidia shield tablet profile is on level 85, but it registers me as Player, i am logged in with Google play games. If i log in on my other android devices, it restores a game profile from back in December when i was at Level 46. Somehow my game profile from when i first got the Nvidia shield tablet is not connected to my Google profile. 

    On my other Android devices i get my google profile name instead of the name Player. 

    So if Firemonkeys can fix this issue of game profiles being disconnected from Google or Apple games profiles i think our issues will be fixed. 

    I have tried the suggestion of deauthorising the nfsnl game in Google settings and reauthorising, but the issue remains.

    First off, let me start by saying welcome to EA’s “Answer HQ”.
    Answer HQ isn't just an ordinary message board or support center. It's a new approach to our community experience and a fun way of helping other players or to get answers (from players & experts) and get back in the game!

    I don't have experiences with playing the game on two different devices. But I know that this should be working. You should be able switching Android devices at will and your progress should be stored & to continue on another device!

     

    The best thing for you to do is to make a support ticket at Firemonkey's support site.  There's nothing we can do on the forum Answer HQ to fix lost ingame content issues like this.p.s.: Don't forget to read the sticky topic [READ FIRST] the official FAQ from help.firemonkeys.com

    I currently have a support ticket 305756, which has been open since February 1st, i was at Level 70 when i opened it, and am now at Level 85 in the game. So far firemonkeys hasn't replied to my support incident. Possibly they are very busy....
