EA Live chat support inaccessible

The EA chat isn't working, I'm just trying to get help. I've been emailing EA to get my Sims 3 World Adventures pack installed. I have the disc and code and I have been able to download all of my other packs through the EA app without using the disc. They have told me that I've proven that I own World Adventures and that it should be in my account, so I should "simply download and play", but it isn't. They keep emailing me a link to their live chat, but the option doesn't show up anywhere in all of their support menus for any EA game. It takes me to a screen that says no help available or it takes me to a place that tries to walk me through fixing my internet connection, which I don't need help with at all. I don't know what to do because they've literally said that rightfully this game should be on my account, but they won't help me any further through email other than sending me links and written out instructions on how to access the live chat, but it just doesn't work. I am pretty computer savvy, so this is not user error. I'm not sure I can get anyone to believe me unless others have the same issue. Could someone please test it and see if it does the same to them? 

I can't even resume my own case because when I click resume, it takes me to the "choose game" screen and then says no help available when i choose a game. I even tried to go through Edge instead of Chrome with the same results.

    Hi @7hmiby5fjegj To confirm are you unable to reach support (not able to create a case) or are you disputing a BAN on your account? 

    For bans, We are unable to assist with BAN disputes or provide information on Answers HQ. You will want to fill out this online forum to reach out to our TOS team for further assistance.

  • I don't have access to an email chat a live chat I can't find the phone number no one in anywhere knows how to contact EA Sports I have tried for almost 6 months on and off to play different games and I find out that it's an EA game and I can't play it because my account has been dormant so they decided to lock my account down played The Sims years ago I played all the way back on Xbox 360 I can't even play Zuma because the accounts locked this is absolutely incredibly unbelievably frustrating and I wish I could just grab the bartender and take him to the parking lot you know what I mean

    even when i did 6 months ago they said do it yourself when they need to remove the erroneous ban on my dormant account…thats  all it is 

    probably had this screen name for 20 years and didnt play an ea game for a decade. Went back to play a game i already had downloaded qnd i get banned from my sims. Then i download another ea title cant sign in. Honestly ive been * on ea for about a year made a YouTube video that had almost a million views. Best part video had 200k plus comments saying how ea is dogwater

    we as a community are done we wish you to remove youre content from game store. Want to save the brand sell it …….

  • I'm missing add-ons that I purchased for the sims 3, and I've opened a case and was contacted by like 8 different people in a series of a * ton of emails, two asked me to verify ownership of my account twice, and throughout, SOME of my missing add-ons miraculously appeared but I'm still missing a handful of them that were purchased through thesims3.com AND dragon valley which I have a photo of the purchase date IN my purchase history on EA.

    The last person told me I had to go through live chat because they needed to verify my account ownership AGAIN.

    Please, I just want the add-ons I PAID for and to stop getting this run around *.

    Theres also A LOT of placeholder receipts in my purchase history that I wanted to ask about but PLEASE HOW DO I GET TO LIVE CHAT?

    IS THERE EVEN A LIVE CHAT?

    I am unable to create a case because it keeps routing me back to "select a game". It has nothing to do with bans.

    Im litterally having the same issue, but my account was deleted im assuming because i could create an account with the same email. but i recently played sims 2 months ago.

  • same!! I just spent 40 euros on DLCs for the sims3 and it's not working. Fun thing is that I had also another issue, and I was able to use the live chat. But I don't understand why now is not working anymore.. I am doing the same process!

  • @wigglebean_ I've had a similar issue! I recently switched to PC and wanted to have my progression/ money spent transferred over to my PC from PS5 and when I click Live Support or Email Us, it makes you select a Platform you're asking about and there is no way to select an option, therefore you can't reach out.
    It's ridiculous! Been trying for weeks, tried emailing them but it says the email doesn't accept inbound emails.
    Like how tf do you talk to someone!
