EA Live chat support inaccessible
The EA chat isn't working, I'm just trying to get help. I've been emailing EA to get my Sims 3 World Adventures pack installed. I have the disc and code and I have been able to download all of my other packs through the EA app without using the disc. They have told me that I've proven that I own World Adventures and that it should be in my account, so I should "simply download and play", but it isn't. They keep emailing me a link to their live chat, but the option doesn't show up anywhere in all of their support menus for any EA game. It takes me to a screen that says no help available or it takes me to a place that tries to walk me through fixing my internet connection, which I don't need help with at all. I don't know what to do because they've literally said that rightfully this game should be on my account, but they won't help me any further through email other than sending me links and written out instructions on how to access the live chat, but it just doesn't work. I am pretty computer savvy, so this is not user error. I'm not sure I can get anyone to believe me unless others have the same issue. Could someone please test it and see if it does the same to them?
I can't even resume my own case because when I click resume, it takes me to the "choose game" screen and then says no help available when i choose a game. I even tried to go through Edge instead of Chrome with the same results.
Hi @7hmiby5fjegj To confirm are you unable to reach support (not able to create a case) or are you disputing a BAN on your account?
