Everytime I join an online game; My game freezes. It does not kick me out. The screen just freezes for 5-20 seconds, unfreezes and the game tried to catch up by speeding up the game to catch up with the other players. This has been going on ever since I downloaded the game off of Steam. This doesn't happen in the career mode so I want to know if it is possible to fix this issue without having to contact support.

You should check your internet connection's stability and speed. Additionally, try reinstalling your game.
I'm consistently experiencing 5-30 second freezes in online. This occurs when people enter/leave lobbies, during matches when pursuit tech is used, and other various cases.
Just an update to this - I'm actually getting this in races too which don't even have pursuit tech. Massive freezes that make the game completely unplayable. It freezes for 5-30 seconds and then fast forwards to where I am now.
