Error code 80029780

Hi, my Dads girlfriends son bought Need for Speed Rivals the Deluxe Edition. I tried to help redeem the DLC codes that come with it, but every time I tried to download it I'd receive Installation Error 80029780. From what I've read online this code usually only pops up when people try and deactivate and reactivate their accounts, and for those people the solution seems to usually be to just wait a week. The circumstances are different here so I was wondering if there was something I could do

    @OfficerHund,

    I have looked around for error code #80029780 to see what I could find. It seems to be a Playstation error code related to account management.

    In most instances I read that you will need the assistance of Playstation Support. In this case, waiting will probably not do the trick as they might need to perform account management. I advice to start a request with them here, so they can take a look at your account.
