Error code 80029780

Hi, my Dads girlfriends son bought Need for Speed Rivals the Deluxe Edition. I tried to help redeem the DLC codes that come with it, but every time I tried to download it I'd receive Installation Err...

I have looked around for error code #80029780 to see what I could find. It seems to be a Playstation error code related to account management.

In most instances I read that you will need the assistance of Playstation Support. In this case, waiting will probably not do the trick as they might need to perform account management. I advice to start a request with them here, so they can take a look at your account.
