For anyone reading this, remember to... ALWAYS BACKUP YOUR SAVE BEFORE DOING THIS.
Steps I took: Just sold a lot of cars. (I don't know how many you need to fix it completely, it will depend on each person).
You might need to restart the game after, and it should do the sync.

you sold the cars and the wraps or just only the cars? because i had 37 cars, sold 10 cars and their wraps didnt work for me, probably i need to sell more i guess!!! 🙄

  I only sold the cars. Didn't touch any wrap.

In my case, backing up the save file didn't solve the problem.

Apparently, the save file was corrupted on EA's server, so it didn't sync even after restoring an old backup.
