I'm consistently experiencing 5-30 second freezes in online. This occurs when people enter/leave lobbies, during matches when pursuit tech is used, and other various cases.
Just an update to this - I'm actually getting this in races too which don't even have pursuit tech. Massive freezes that make the game completely unplayable. It freezes for 5-30 seconds and then fast forwards to where I am now.
