I will leave the comments open on this post so you can let us know if those drivers provide a more consistent performance in terms of frame pacing and lack of 'stutter'.
Still no DX11 SLI/DX12 MultiGPU support.

same problems, daytime in and out of city is fine, nighttime city races and cop chases , altho not as much as before the patch still drops frames nad microstutters sometimes.
Running 388.43 drivers on a fresh win 10 x64 pro install, gtx1080, 16gb of 3000mhz ddr4, and a ryzen 1600x, so no problem whatsoever on the hardware side of things especialy since im only playing on 1080p.
99% play on 1 screen.
Improved performance. Less studdering. Night time with cops has not caused a serious issue yet.
I performed a clean installed of Nvidia's latest drivers. No significant improvements came with this update - I am still experiencing hectic lag and stuttering. I have a GTX 1050 4GB, 8GB DDR4, Core i5-7300HQ and Windows 10 Pro. Changing graphic settings doesn't make a difference, still experience lag on all settings (low, medium, high). Has there been any updates regarding a patch for this game. I am not playing this game as much due to the stuttering hampering everything ☹️
Half and Half disagree with you on that @racko92. The driver fixed parts of the game studdering for me, especially in tunnels, I cruise right through them now.
I will agree with you that there are game 'bugs'. Was racing an 'Out Run' race the other day, was 200mtr in front and then on a turn, the race ended, I lost.
