Was playing heat earlier today with 4 others and we all got kicked from the server as if the server shutdown. We went to go into another lobby and it kicked me from the season before it even loaded in. I've tried everything i could think of even loaded into a solo session and sold all of the parts and stuff I bought in my last season. Now here's the kicker it will let me into an online session if in not in a party with friends but it kicks me from the season before even loading in everytime. I can't even join a friend's session when someone leaves their lobby from the online session im already in. This makes absolutely no sense at all EA, what the hell is up with your game? Please fix this I'd like to play my game with my crew.

Hi there, @WhOsOnFiRsT420. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Thanks but i don't need help anymore I put in a case file earlier and had an EA rep call me. They had me go into settings then account management then restore the licenses. After that was done they had me turn off my system. Once it was off they had me hold the power button tol it beeped 3 times and put it into safe mode and the head me rebuild my database and i was good after that. Im able to connect now fine.

And looks like I'm eating my word because I'm submitting a car file with EA for the SECOND time today. Now I'm getting error code DR1005 and unlike my previous issue with the error code DR1001 where i could play by myself but not in party with friends, now with error code DR1005 I can't play at all. The server didn't crash or shut down on us this time we left when the message popped up on the screen saying the server was shutting down. Im at the point that when this EA rep calls after waiting the 1.5-2.5 hr wait time that i'm probably going to ask for my money back credited to my account because this is ridiculous.

@WhOsOnFiRsT420 Can you tell me how many cars you have? I've seen some others say that this happens when you have more than 100 cars.

@EA_Aljo Having more than 100 cars shouldn't be a problem, it needs to be fixed!

I definitely understand the frustration with this. Is it at all possible to remove enough cars to get under a 100 to see if the error is resolved?

Why? It's not a problem in payback!

I'm afraid to progress in game because of this.

I already have 75 cars.

You shouldn't have to REMOVE cars for you to be able to play 'online' or solo.

Hasn't this issue been around long enough to be brought to the attention of the devs to fix?

Hopefully, we'll have a proper fix for this soon. I don't have any details on that though.

Something else to try is first entering solo play. Then, exit to the main menu and try connecting to online play.

I have the same problem with 3 cars ?
And its still the same Problem since the game release...
It cant be, that i need to buy all cars new everytime !
only if i sell all my cars i can start the online mode... Then i need to buy my car again and delete it next day again ??? thats a joke bro !
