I bought NFS Heat in Steam but I can't play it

So, a few days ago I bought NFS Heat on Steam because it was on discount, the problem comes when I open the game and the EA app says “Preparing the game” when a few seconds pass a screen appears from the EA app telling me to reset my account password and try to restart the game, I did this about 3 or 4 times and still the same error appears besides that in the EA App NFS does not appear in the

library. Also when I tried to link my EA account to my Steam account it appeared that it was already linked but even though I had the name of my Steam account I did not have my email with which my Steam account is created. If you can help me I would appreciate it very much.
