I got one basic method of "the map is not loading itself" on PC.

You boot up NFS Heat on PC, play Solo and your screen is constantly fading out outside of the garage? 

Yep, that happened to me.

So, I changed my mind and I played Online.

I'm in garage outside, no fading out screen no more. Yay----but wait....

The buildings, the houses or trees don't show up all of a sudden, the roads and cars are still there in my screen. I fell down through the road or passed an invisible thing and it was all pitch black?

That happened to me.

The previous methods by EA team or other users in EA's forum didn't work for me.

I wish I could show you the screenshot of "the map is not showing up" problem, but I was lazy.

That screenshot is after I found one silly method the "map is not loading itself."

Here's what I did.

Go to EA App, click Manage>Repair. And wait to get it downloaded completely.

It worked back to normal after that. Silly me. xP

No constant fading black in Solo offline, and no falling down to hell online.

I can't say about the consoles that they'd work the same method, but give it a try.
