I have a problem with creating a crew in nfs heat

I have a problem with creating a crew in nfs heat, I've tried all the ways, I've updated the game, I've turned the console off and on but to no avail, the error has persisted for 2 days. I don't know...

Sistem language PS is USA English

I have found a few old posts that say that you should change the language to English (UK) because for some reason that could be making the issue.

If that does not work, the only other thing I can recommend is that you try talking with EA support.

    It doesn't change anything, I wrote to them but I don't think they will solve anything, thank you for your support
