I need help restoring game progress

I have installed need for speed heat again to play with some friends but my game progress has been deleted and I have been reset to the beginning of the game. You can see on my account I have completed the game and have a bunch of achievements with 70 hours of gameplay. Please can anyone help.

Hello tmf-Sith,
Progress is saved locally, EA does not have the ability to return your progress.
