Hello everyone,
I just want to step in to clarify some things further.
First, @Shadiochao does not work for EA. I would also like to kindly request to refrain harassment of users on AHQ as this will not be tolerated.
Second, I've given a definite answer on feedback raised in this topic in one of my earlier replies. That post was then marked as a resolution with the added statement that it was done so for visibility purposes. Since there have been multiple complains about the resolved status of that post, I've removed it just so there wouldn't be further need for discussion about that. For your information, the following is what I originally posted:
I would like to thank everyone for voicing your concerns about the difficulty of the new Prestige events.
While we've been monitoring all feedback related to these events, we are currently not changing the requirements themselves. We are however not closing the door on possibly changing the requirements in the future.
Note: this post has been marked as a solution purely for visibility purposes.
Lastly, you are still free to discuss here. But please do so in a respectful manner, stay on-topic and refrain from getting personal. Also note that while I will still monitor this forum, I've already given a final response on this topic and all feedback has been forwarded. Because I have nothing further to add you should not expect anymore responses from me on this subject.

So you forwarded our feedback. And ? What are the consequences ?
How will this problem be solved ? Do we have to write 30 more pages and get nothing or are EA working on a solution ?
It is NOT FAIR, that you as a community manager don't inform us at all. When was your last response ?
And yes, we know what you wrote back then, everyone of us. But we never heard from you again, not even a short message, that you don't have any news on this topic.
Other question:
What do you suggest, what do we do now ? Since EA doesn't want to change the insanely stupid requirements for the trophy
We already boycot your future games. What else ? Go to court ? Start a petition ? WHAT DO YOU WANT US TO DO ? Just forget about it and move on ? LOL NO, NEVER !!!! Not after this DLC and how you treat your customers.
EA_Tom Make the trophie easyier and all players are lucky.
Ubisoft was a good people and have the drink trophie patched.
Can you it too?

Dear Tom,
thank you for your post. You forwarded the feedback and what was the feedback from the developers to that? That would be so interesting, are they still working on issues or will they do nothing more? This is the only thing that i would like to know. Is there any chance for a patch? With removing the solution status i really thought there would be some new infos soon, but your post gives us not really anything like that. Now I'm a little bit confused, it isn't solved and you announce there will be no more post from you, but this is your forum and we want clear answers. Yes or No

Firstable I would like thank You for answer us...I would like know what they answered because this is important for us. Also I know that Your work is not always easy what showed this thread but please understand that we should have answer from EA Ghost who work for You and did this mess as soon as possible because we still waiting for answer. Another issue is that they should answer us but if they don't want just copy what they said because we got still hopes for patch in this game.
Dear my friend please respect this guy. I know that nerves with this situation is high sometimes too high and I know that we are only humans sometimes and can't hold this. If I can't do this I just not write because if emotions is higher than brain is always happen bad. So please respect this guy and should apologize because he didn't deserve for this threat. I also know that we shouldn't be threated but this is not reason to blame someone from EA. Try be higher level. I try always do this. Sometimes my post also got emotions but tried and propably did this that no one from this studio was blame, disrespectufll from my side. This is very important respect each other without this will be total chaos and this is bad.

I undersrand what You wrote but what answer was from EA Ghost? They want change this or not? Because is difference between wait for something and wait for nothing. This is big difference

I shouldn't blame you for being a pion in this sad situation. I won't make any bad comment towards you from now on. Again, I apologize. I shouldn't let me emotions get the best of me, regardless the situation. With that being said... That's all.

@Also09 and Zerathel: You are not 100% right my friends. EA_Tom as "community manager" whatever that means is obliged to give more feedback to the CUSTOMERS and to keep them at least calm if they are not going to change anything, and not only give our feedbacks to the developers. From what I see EA_Tom is only receiving some money from EA without doing anything for the gamers. At least that's what I see. I will not mention that the way of his replies is let's say arrogant. Practically he says "Yeah I see that all of you have problems but we won't do anything". That's why I keep joking with this guy. He continues to be arrogant when he says "i don't write here because I don't have anything new to write". Noooo your job as COMMUNITY MANAGER is to give feedback every day in such discussed topics.
@Straatford87: I'm very disappointed with you. You didn't like my previous post....come on man I was so much hoping about this :D I still believe in you. Find the post and click Like please :D:D:D
About the harassments and the bad language in some of the posts....You really don't understand that everything is provoked by your company and the unbelieveable trophies you made, do you? So if you see here harassments, cursing, bad language and so on you should BLAME YOURSELF AND YOUR COMPANY and not the gamers. If you check the thread you will see that at the beginning YOUR CUSTOMERS were not so angry. They are getting angry because THEY ARE NOT HEARD. I'm writing the important parts of what I write in capital letters just for you to understand what exactly is important for your customers because i'm not sure that you understand where this attitude will lead you and your company. From your last post which was not less arrogant than the first one I see that I will NO LONGER BE YOUR CUSTOMER. Have you passed the information how many people will not buy EA games anymore to the developers? I doubt it. Just as another free tip from me. Don't forget that the people in this forum are PAYING YOUR SALARY. If you don't have people playing your games there WILL BE NO EA AND NO EA_TOM. You really don't get it do you?
