Sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with logging in to NFS. Can you please try the steps in the following thread:

If that doesn't solve your problem, please add screenshots or any additional information you might have that could help me investigate the issue.

Screw you EA. When will you solve the problem of "An internal error occurred"? It has been 1 week!

We have made a change that should have resolved the issue for players, yesterday.
If you are still experiencing issues something else might be wrong with your settings. Please take a look at our basic troubleshooting guide:
http://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/READ-ME-FIRST-NFS-Basic-Troubleshooting/td-p/4908815 --also make sure your Privacy settings are set correctly from the Settings menu on your console.
Let me know if you run into further issues though, as I will have it investigated.

If you're using an Xbox, did you try logging out of EA through the App Menu button and then logging back in? That seemed to work for me a while back.
