I have been having literally the EXACT same problem. Right down to the Error Code. Also, it won't save progress. I go into the garage to buy things one minute and have lots of money. Go back in later after leaving game and coming back and had way less. I think I am going to not play for a while to avoid losing more progress. Such a bummer.
