Hi,
An issue like this is usually caused by conflicting drivers, programs or hardware connect to your system. I would therefore recommend to try the following steps:
- Make sure that no other (USB) devices are connected to your system other than your mouse and keyboard
- Run your system in a clean boot
- I would also recommend doing a clean installation of your gpu drivers, and cleaning your system
