Lost Save Game Progress - Need for Speed Heat (Steam PC) - EA ID R2SPEEDid

Hello everyone, I'm having trouble with my Need for Speed Heat save game on Steam PC – all my progress has disappeared even though I’ve unlocked achievements up to REP Level 50 and finished Chapter 6.

My EA ID is R2SPEEDid, and the email registered to my account is [edit: email address removed]. I’ve already checked my local save folders and tried all the self-serve troubleshooting steps from EA Help, but nothing has worked.

I can provide screenshots of my Steam achievements as proof of my progress. Hoping the EA support team or anyone who’s faced this issue can help me restore my save game from the server!

EA support does not have the ability to restore missing progress, this is a common issue in many NFS games.

I have 124 hours of Gameplay and it's all gone. I'm cancelling my EA Play Pro sub, deleting every EA game. This is unacceptable and a bad way to treat your paying customers.
