@EA_Illium Hello, thanks again for your attention. the MOUSE DISAPPEARS COMPLETELY, it is nowhere to be found in the windows.
Also, if you haven't already, can we try the following?
* Close other applications running on your device (Unfortunately I can't, as I play in a window so I can work too)
* Try running the client and game as administrator (It is configured as Administrator)
* Repair your game through the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair) (I did this procedure)
* Clear EA app cache (top left menu > Help > App Recovery) (Doing it now at this point)
* Check for other apps that may be limiting the performance of EA apps or games (All clear, no apps)
* Run the System File Checker tool and check for Windows and GPU updates (Doing this now)
