My Progress Reverted?

I was at about rep level 62 I had a Huracan and carrera rsr  both maxed out in terms of upgrades .I completed the game (story and eddie's challenge) 2 days ago . I didn't play the game for 2 days ,today I started the game and it was totally reverted to rep level 1 and I only had the stupid brz, this on the pc version (console versions seem to not have this many problems).also the game crashed a lot this was a problem with nfs rivals .I did everything I can,nothing helped.Ghost Games please help !!!!!

Is your progress still reset? Sometimes your progress can be temporarily reset or gone during a server outage, but once full functionality is restored your progress should appear again. Do note that we don't have the ability ourselves to reset your progress.

The only other time where I've seen this happen is when a player has been hacked. If you are unsure about your account safety then please reach out to an EA Advisor.

As previously stated I was "deranked" from level 70-something to level 13. But something is happening. I didn't play the game at all, and I went on 4ish days after and my level rose to 21. What was even more weird was in my previous garage I had the BRZ, Aventador, m3 premium, miata, gtr, and porshe. After my level rose, all those cars were still gone but I somehow acquired a red mustang, leaving my only two cars being the mustang and m3 premium. I went on today (about a week and a half after first incident)  and now my level is 27. All cars still gone but now I have the red mustang, m3 premium, and the campaign porshe. I have not played a single minute of the game since the incident and I have no idea why my game is still changing.

I double-checked your account and I can confirm that someone else is playing on it. Please reach out to an EA Advisor to have them secure your account again.

Thanks for the help. I changed my origin password and turned on double authentication. I'm just confused how the initial problem happened. Did the person log in as me and sell my cars? It would explain how progress has been still changing.

EA. i think i might have been hacked. honestly at this point. my progress has been reverted by 1 chapter and i have these cars i never bought. im refunding if not fixed.
