N4S Rivals - Timesaver DLC problem

Same isuse, im going to just copy paste what i said in another one to spread the word:

-I bought the timesaver pack from the PSN store for $9.99 and nothing got changed, i bought two cars, and unlocked several. None of them are equip with the items or any decals unlocked. I still have to use any SP to buy anything. I bought the pack and it was finished downloading before i finished the tutorial of the game so im not sure whats wrong. I put up a few forum posts as well. 

not sure I should be glad that there is someone share this experience. I guess it will take some time to fix this problem. Is there anyway to refund my money. this is definitely not a timesaver pack as i wasting money and time for waiting for help ☹️

I guess, i already had an hour+ online chat with an EA advisor, didnt get much help, nor can they grant a new DLC for me appartly. will see what happens 

Just had a 2 hour talk with a Sony advisor, my last post was with an EA person. 

We deleted files, stored back up on a USB drive file, started the game over (with no update file) confirmed that the addon DOES NOT work still without an update file and a possible corrupted first save.

- i am now awaiting on the update file to finish downloading and will give results to the forum if the dlc works after a brand new save file plus update file is installed. 

Update file was installed, still no Timsaver pack working.....

Waste of my money and so far 3 days have passed, and another two hour chat which didn't work. 

Resorting back to my saved data on the USB to continue my old file through out the game, EA needs to step in now.

I recently purchased NFS Rivals for PS3 and i purchased the Time Saver pack. Says i have 5/5 for all my upgrades...yet cars dont seem to be driving "faster" or lasting longer via durability. Anyone else notice any difference per performance?

my timesaver pack works, however its the loaded garage pack thats not working, and ea games is no help at all
