Hello Sph_611,
The issue should be fixed after reinstalling your game on a different drive and launching the game directly from the EA app. Since this has not worked, the only other thing I can recommend is to try talking with EA support.

Nope, this was their reply which didn't help. I said the reply didn't help and I needed further instructions but no replies yet. It has been three days since my last message to them.
"Let’s get things back on track.
- Start by clearing your cache, restarting your device, and updating your game.
- Don’t forget to check for platform issues. Your connection problems might be related to the platform you play games..."
