Need for Speed has problem.
The cover of Need for Speed Payback is having problems in the EA application. On Steam, Need for Speed Heat has a problematic title, as does the background of its Steam library.

To check have you tried the following?
- Verify the game in via your Steam library
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Repair or Install the VC++ files for your game (Guide here)
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode first then try again.
I still have this problem, and I've ruled out that it's a network, EA app client, or Steam. And I didn't find Need for Speed Payback in the EA app store.

Apologies to confirm are you trying locate NFS Payback in Steam or in the EA App? Where did you initially purchase a copy of the game?
For NFS Heat, are you able to provide more information on the issue your running into? Its not clear from the screenshots what you may be running into...
