how can you even contact an agent?  for that reason i restarted my game several times and now i cant synchronize my inventory/profile and im unable to play online, re-installed the game, cleaned  the cash, re.installed EA app, nothing works, i just lost the ability to play online!

    I was only able to get back online after selling the majority of my cars. Worst part is that all my license plates got changed to "GHOST" :(
