Need For Speed: Heat crashes shortly after startup

Hello everyone, my nfs Heat crashes a few seconds after I go into the game. It's not directly after i join the game, but it's like 30 seconds after join. I don't know what to do. Can anyone help me?...

I have almost the same problem with NFS (2015). I launch it through Steam or EA, 10 seconds pass and in the end the game client doesn't even appear. It all started when I switched to Windows 11
