Need for Speed Heat, Crew problem

I was in a crew all alone, left it and tried to search for a new active crew.

I cannot find crews, cannot get invites to crews and cannot create a new crew. My whole crew tab is somewhat broken. I am on PC. 

I have tried to change the language as that helped others, did not help me. I have tried to fix game files, did nothing. Tried with normally launching the game and Big Picture Mode via steam. Nothing. 

Don't know what to do next.
