sorry for late response. I've managed to run the clean boot. Unfortunately, I haven't found the source of the error and the game still won't launch.
During the process, I only let EA background services on to let the launcher work properly. I also just recently bought and downloaded through the EA app NFS Unbound to test if there's in any other NFS game launch issue. NFS Unbound opened without any problem.
The only next step I can come up with is to update Windows 10 to 11 or reinstall my whole pc. Is there anything else I can do?

Since the game still isn't running after a Clean Boot, could you please share a DxDiag? We can take a look at it and see if we can spot what might be causing the issue.

Is there a way you can figure out why the racing wheel won’t log and be able to use for need for speed remastered?
