Need for speed most wanted 2012 reedem error

I bougth The Need For Speed Most Wanted 2012 and my email was hacked and i lost it and i have the box but i cant play because it says ïti already reedemed"can someone help me?

    @Kakadudemon 

    In this situation, you will have to speak to our customer support, to try and recover access to your EA account. If your EA account has been hacked, please follow these steps to get in touch with our support team:

    Go to https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/?r=1

    Select "Game Support"

    Choose product "The EA app"

    Select topic "I need help with my hacked account"

    They should be able to look into this issue for you.

    Hello @Kakadudemon 

    Game codes are one time use only. Once the code is redeemed on the account, you will not be able to activate the code on a different account. Can you please specify, what platform is the code for?

    @Kakadudemon 

    I would still suggest contacting support following the previous instruction. After selecting all the filters, I would suggest choosing a "Chat With Us" option. This will give you an opportunity to speak to an advisor in real time, where you will be able to explain the whole situation to them.
