Update Again: I'm almost certain it's a server issue now as when I made an attempt to go into a pursuit I did not gain the speed points it said I would because of the evasion, I tested this by racing in one of the top tier cars that I have not raced in, and when I won first place, I did not get the 12k SP from it. EA please fix the server.
