need for speed most wanted(2012) error

Question

I installed the game and when I go to run it, it always theres an error." invalid license. reason code= missing DLL D3DCOMPILER_43.dll error:0x000000c1.

it says when I try to exit is out..." are you sure you want to close nfs:mw limited edition activation? you will not be able to launch nfs:mw limited edition until activation is complete." it gives me no option to complete activation!!!!!!!! I need help!!!!!!!! please tell me whats wrong and what to do!!!! thanks... I downloaded it on windows 8 pc

Did you purchase and download it through Origin itself as a digital product, or did you get it from a retail outlet?

My guess is this is a Direct X problem, I'd seek updates for DX from microsoft's website 🙂&nbsp;http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35

ok thanks, but I reinstalled it for the 3rd time after my pc did an update and now it works just fine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
