Need for speed no limits-failed purchase but billed

On 7/16/18 I purchased or tried to buy wasn't able to due to server connection failure. Your game said retry so I did thinking I could or was trying to connect to server again which failed. I got charged 6 times at $19.99 for $120.00 for nothing received. I put in trouble request but haven't been given any support. Highly frustrated. Ticket #614468. I tried again on 7/17/18 and purchase went through fine. I need your assistance or support with above charges. Thanks, Ron Agee (waterman2814)
