Need For Speed No Limits: Losting Progress

I have 2 devices, and after logging into the second one (I haven't used the second device for a long time), it unloaded the local save from a week ago, uploaded it immediately to the cloud. My current profile progress on 13.05 was reset to 07.05. Mitsubishi Pajero and Ford GT MK2 were lost, which I collected in the form of 3* 26/30, Mercedes CLK GTR 4* 24/30, 6* on Lotus Evija, 35/50 progress on Mustang Dark Horse, Daughter of Mars coloring, black parts from the team store. Also, the last active week in my rivals in the Underground dropped to 0 from 8991 and I didn't receive any awards either (screenshots with Daredevil division boxes), Dark Horse and Evija blueprints.

The amount of currency on the screens: 113008238 Credits, 13505 gold, level 326
