Need for speed no limits not opening

App won't open. I have un-installed and reinstalled. It downloads the game and then says needs updates. It continually asks me if ai have enough storage and goes no further. I have reset android tablet to factory. That didn't help. I have also tried downloading on a different device and same thing happens. Any ideas how to fix this.
