Need for Speed Rivals - Timesaver Pack not working!

The help article implied that the Time savers pack also unlocks the cars; however, the product page does not imply this. The help article's wording is pretty poor, so perhaps they meant that you only receive the upgrades. Either way, I'd say my initial post was mistaken and you only receive the upgrades according to the Origin product page.

Aside from unlocking all the car Jackspots marked on your map, and unlocking all the cars in multiplayer, the Time Savers pack also enables the following:

• Pre-purchases and automatically equips the best versions of performance upgrades for all cars
• Pre-purchases both weapon slots for all cars
• Pre-purchases all weapons for all cars
• Pre-purchases all car personalization options for all cars

Once purchased, your Time Saver pack should be automatically unlocked, without the need or any sort of console restart or other steps.

My post seems a little pointless now, but I figured it'd be best to correct my initial mistake. I accidentally linked the NFS:MW DLC page. I found the information on a different site, and quickly grabbed Origin to make the link more official. I should have looked closer before posting. 

I removed the first link and updated my second link, as it directed to the wrong help article.
