When playing NFS Rivals in eyefinity on 3 monitors at 5760x1080 the screen looks like it it zoomed in where I can only see the back of the car from the back windshield and up. when playing it on one monitor at 1920x1080 I can see the whole car and the road behind the car, how can I fix this. I have every other need for speed game and have not had this problem
I also have this problem on Nvidia Surround in 5760x1080 too
I think that I have found the problem and I am waiting on EA to confirm and find a solution or possible a patch, but the reason that the car looks like it is zoomed in is because I am only running 3 monitors with eyefinity instead of 6 monitors, so the image is not zoomed in, its just only displaying the top half of the screen. I put this to a test and changed my set up from 3x1 Landscape Display Group to 3x1 Portrait Display Group and I was able to see the entire car and the rest of the display
Same issue with Nvidia Surround. I can't beleive they let this happen. A huge company like EA should have tested their product before releasing it to the public. Really dissapointed! I will spread the word so that no one else will buy this crappy game. Adding insult to injury is that stupid 30fps lock.
Does EA really care about this problem? At least give us some response.
they may never fix this! cause if you think about it, how many people who buy NFS rivals with 3 monitor eyefinity setup! i would think maybe 5% and most of them if not pc, they are running ps4 and xbox! so if you think about it, they might not even spend time to fix it just because its a waste of time and money!
yea i'm pretty bummed out with this because the last two games by criterion were perfect. this one i got all kinds of stuff happening now. saw that the game updated, wanted to see if the triple screen issue was fixed, it isn't, and now i got some weird thing going on with the background textures and the performance is abysmal. did they test this game on a 15" CRT?
