Need for Speed: Shift

I Have brought Need for speed : Shift For my Pc.When i start it runs normally but when i click on START CARRER. A message comes up that. NFS Shift has stop working     .My PC 

CPU: AMD Athlon(tm) X2 Dual Core Processor 3250e 1.50 GHz

RAM: 2 GB

System Type: Windows 7 64- bit

Video card:ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics

  Please give me a answer.
